How do your fees work?

Commissions are always negotiable. The amount charged typically depends on the services provided and based on the supply and demand in the market. You can expect a range between 4%-6% depending on the options you choose. Our goal is to analyze, educate, and prepare you so that whether buying or selling you can confidently enjoy the process. We have the ability to take care of everything from cleaning, pictures and staging, to improvements and pre or post offer repairs.

How many homes should I look at before I make a decision?

This is your choice, but I can tell you that there will never be any pressure to purchase or sell using BayBrook Realty. Our goal is truly to serve you and your interests best.
