Sean Nicholson was born and raised in Mission Viejo, California. He graduated from Lindenwood University in Missouri as a collegiate athlete with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. After trading frigid Missouri winters for warm California summers, Sean began his real estate journey working for a property acquisition and management company in Laguna Beach and has currently been with them over the past decade. As his knowledge and expertise in property and asset management expanded, Sean realized a true passion for real estate and joined the BayBrook Realty team in 2016. Sean has sold homes in Orange County and San Diego and possesses strong statistical and demographic knowledge of many unique areas throughout the greater Orange County and San Diego areas. Sean is recently married and enjoys spending his free time playing basketball, surfing, golfing, and hanging out with family and friends.

Meghan Brown

Meghan is an essential part of the BayBrook Realty team. A Washington State transplant, Meghan attended Hillsdale College in Michigan, where she received a degree in Political and Economic Theory. She moved to California in 2001, where she worked in Operations and Meeting Planning for Pacific Life Insurance until 2010. After having two daughters, Meghan dedicated her spare time to raising a family and working part-time as an Essay and Application Evaluator for Hillsdale College Admissions while simultaneously helping her husband, Brandon, expand BayBrook Realty. In 2018, Meghan obtained her Real Estate license and has assumed additional responsibilities, including behind-the-scenes organization and support for the BayBrook Realty team. Meghan enjoys detail, design, staging, and keeping up with current market trends. She also possesses a keen knowledge of South Orange County's neighborhoods, developments, and surrounding amenities and truly enjoys assisting clients searching for their dream homes.
When she is not working, Meghan can be found ripping through the local mountain bike trails, running and hiking with her girls, attending Compass Bible Church with her family, and enjoying all of Orange County's beauty. ,

Frank grew up in Southern California and have been involved with Real Estate since 2001. He originally started his Real Estate career at a Mortgage Brokerage as a Loan Officer where he originated refinance and purchase loans for over 10 years. In 2011 he joined a Real Estate SALES Broker and worked to become the exclusive listing agent for one of the largest property purchasers on the West Coast.
He has been involved with all stages of acquisition, eviction, and sales on over 320 successful property sales in the last 14 years for a total of $193m sold!
