Sean Nicholson

Sean Nicholson was born and raised in Mission Viejo, California. He graduated from Lindenwood University in Missouri as a collegiate athlete with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. After trading frigid Missouri winters for warm California summers, Sean began his real estate journey working for a property acquisition and management company in Laguna Beach and has currently been with them over the past decade. As his knowledge and expertise in property and asset management expanded, Sean realized a true passion for real estate and joined the BayBrook Realty team in 2016. Sean has sold homes in Orange County and San Diego and possesses strong statistical and demographic knowledge of many unique areas throughout the greater Orange County and San Diego areas. Sean enjoyes playing basketball, surfing, golfing, and hanging out with his wife and son in beautiful Orange County.
